Google Video Sux?

I've found that Google Video has my preferred embedded video player, but the videos themselves are unreliable. Right now about 50% of my uploaded vids appear unavailable on this blog. I can see them in my Google Video account page, but the embedding doesn't work.

Looking for alternatives if any exist....?
